Aloha, Kitty. It’s incomprehensible how you were treated by the airlines. The audacity! And after paying for a full fare business class ticket. Write to the airlines involved. To the highest levels. Writing usually gets positive results. And remember all the good people you worked with.🤗

Hi there! How great to hear from you. You should see what I had to cook with in the Amazon, for another chapter in the Kasbah Chronicles.. I am still in recovery after a week..

I actually spoke to a human at delta who said I would get some money back.. Ha ha. I know, I will write to Delta corporate, wherever they are. It's a waste of time, but it feels good to vent.
